Sydney got her start in politics as an intern for Terry McAuliffe’s gubernatorial campaign which led to four years of working on campaigns while she was at school. A proud Wahoo, she is a graduate of the University of Virginia and cannot get enough UVA basketball. 

She has called many places home, including Virginia, Missouri, and briefly Sydney, Australia but has been in DC since 2017. While not at work, Sydney likes to bake elaborate desserts, read the news obsessively, and binge watch the newest show everyone is talking about.
