Owen got started in politics at the young age of eight, when he had his mom drag him across town to the local campaign outposts of both John Kerry and George W. Bush. A Mid-South native, he is a graduate of Villanova University and a proud 2016 + 2018 Basketball (fan section) national champion. Owen has previously worked as both a digital team member for Bob Casey's 2018 re-election campaign, and as a media buyer for campaigns ranging from the local level to the Oval Office including the Biden-Harris team. In his free time Owen can be found taking his dog Ellie for a walk, watching sports, or finding another New Jersey pizza spot to try.
