Lauren grew up in California and started her career in politics with a campaign in Springfield, Illinois. Since then, she has worked on various campaigns in California, Illinois, and New Jersey. In her limited spare time, Lauren collects/plays musical instruments, enjoys rock climbing, and is a spontaneous road trip junkie. Although Virginia is a long way from the Pacific, Lauren still misses catching waves on the California central coast.
